Owner
Full access to everything, including firm-level settings and billing. The only role that can edit core firm information.
Admin
Invites and manages staff, manages cases, statuses, task categories, pricing, and monitoring. Cannot edit core firm information.
Credential Holder
EAs, CPAs, and attorneys who hold their own IRS CAF and A2A credentials, with access to the Secure Object Repository.
Staff
Full case access and the ability to pull transcripts under a credential holder's authorization, without access to billing or the Secure Object Repository.
